Cancellation policy
The basic price of your course or holiday cannot be
reduced should you arrive late or have
to leave early.
Should you have to cancel your
course or holiday, your deposit is unfortunately
non-refundable.
In case of cancellation more than 14 days prior
to arrival, 100 % of the balance of your
holiday or course will be refunded.
In case of cancellation less than 14 days prior
to arrival, 50% of the balance of your holiday
or course will be refunded.
In case of cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival, no
refund will be given.
If you wish to rebook a holiday or a course with
us at a later date the balance of your holiday
or course will be valid within the
same year of cancellation.

there is anything that isnt clear,
or is misleading, incorrect or inconsistent, let us know and
we will rectify it.

We must also reserve the right to modify
courses or holiday
details if needs be.
If, for any reason out of our control, your
holiday or course cannot take place; you can either
reschedule it or cancel and have
your booking fees refunded in full.
